Does Road Coach prepare me for the road test?
No. Road Coach prepares you for the knowledge test, the written test at the DMV or MVC. Passing it usually gets you a learner's permit. The road test, which leads to your license, is not covered.
Where do the questions come from?
They are written from your state's official driver manual, and every answer cites the manual page, so you can check the rule yourself.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Road Coach is free to start and asks for no card. Plans are one-time payments of $9, $19 or $39, and nothing renews.
Can I study without internet?
Yes. Install Road Coach from the browser on iPhone, iPad, Android or a computer and it works offline.
Can a parent follow along?
The lifetime plan covers up to 3 people. The parent dashboard shows progress and never shows answers. You can also send an "ask someone to pay" link.
Is Road Coach part of the DMV?
No. Road Coach is operated by L3V Driving and is not affiliated with any DMV or state agency. There are no ads and no third-party trackers.
